2. What type of data/information do we receive, collect and store?
2.1 We receive, collect and store data/information when you visit our website and/or use our service, and/or proceed with course registration and payment. This information may include your personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number etc. when you contact us or use our online contact form, as well as payment details such as credit/ debit card information when you proceed with course fee payment (please see Privacy policy 4.3 for details related to data collection for customers’ payments). In addition, we collect and store information related to your comments, feedback, reviews, and suggestions regarding our courses/ service when you use our online contact form, or email us. We aim to collect as minimal (or optional) personalised information as necessary to provide our service.
2.2 We may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login/password (where applicable); and/or other computer and connection information. In addition, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information etc.
3. Why do we collect and process personal and non-personal data/ information?
3.1 Doctor Ho Limited collects non-personal and personal data/ information for the following specific purposes:
3.1.1 To provide and operate the services including course registration, response to users’ queries, comments, feedback and suggestions, process of course fee payment, communication of changes of any aspects of our courses including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms and Condition, and Terms of Use: for Parental Learners/ for Healthcare Professionals etc.;
3.1.2 To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
3.1.3 To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;
3.1.4 To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which we or our website provider may use to provide and improve our respective services;
3.1.5 To comply with any court order, request from or referral to an appropriate authority, or any applicable laws and regulations.
3.1.6 With your consent, your reviews, comments, feedback and suggestions for our service, course and staff may be used for publications on our website.

Failure in providing such data/ information may prevent you from using any of our services under Article 13(2)(e) GDPR.
4. How do Doctor Ho Limited and Wix (our website provider) store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' and users’ personal and payment data/ information?
4.1 Doctor Ho Limited’s website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides Doctor Ho Limited with the online platform that allows us to market and sell our online services to our eligible users/visitors. Your data/ information is shared and stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Without your consent, Doctor Ho Limited will not use your personal data/ information beyond the purposes of the usual operation of the business (e.g. course registration, responses to users’ queries, feedback, comments and suggestions, process of course fee payment, communication of changes of any aspects of our courses, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Terms of Use: for Parental Learners/ for Healthcare Professionals etc.); and we will not share your personal data/ information with another company (e.g. for marketing purposes) without your prior consent.
4.2 Wix stores your data/ information on secure servers behind a firewall. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of the users’ data/ information caused by any third party.
4.3 Data privacy related to users'/customers’ payments for course fee:
4.3.1 Our role: Wix Payments, which is a payment service provided by Wix, manages our users'/customers' online payments to Doctor Ho Ltd for the online course and service in which our users participate/ subscribe.
4.3.2 Data handling responsibility: Wix Payments is responsible for collecting and processing all our customers’ payment, payment-related data, and payment transactions. Please read carefully about our Privacy Policy: Data privacy related to data collection for payments. Doctor Ho Limited does not have any liability or responsibility for the collection, processing, or storage of users’/ customers’ payment data.
4.3.3 Data storage and security: Our payment service provider (i.e. Wix Payments) is responsible for the secure storage and handling of all our users’/ customers’ payment data.
4.3.4 Data retention: Doctor Ho Limited does not retain any usable user’s/ customers’ payment data. Please contact our payment service provider (i.e. Wix Payments) directly if you would like to find out more about its payment data retention policies.
4.3.5 Third-party service providers: such as fraud detection services. Explain that these providers may have their own data handling practices, and customers should refer to their respective privacy policies.
4.3.6 Data sharing: Doctor Ho Limited does not share any user’s/ customers’ payment data with third parties, as we do not collect or retain such data. 4.3.8 International payment data transfers: transfer of users’/ customers’ payment data, if any, is solely handled and managed by our payment service provider (i.e. Wix Payments) and/or associated third-party processors (where applicable). All users/ customers should refer to their privacy policies to understand how international payment data transfers are handled and managed.
4.3.9 Updates to the Data privacy related to users/customers’ payments for course fee: while Doctor Ho Limited does not collect, process, share or store any usable payment data from users/customers on our web system, the Data privacy related to users/customers’ payments for course fee may be updated from time to time to reflect any changes in the payment process by our payment service provider (i.e. Wix Payments) and/or associated third-party processors (where applicable), or relevant regulations.

5. Retention of data
5.1 Doctor Ho Limited will delete your personal information (i.e. name and contact details which you provided to us) within 28 working days after you have attended our course. This retention period allows us to follow up if there are any potential issues related to e.g. your feedback, suggestions and queries about our service and courses, unsuccessful payment for the course fees, fraud, protection of our interests etc. In addition, with your consent, we may retain your contact information beyond 28 working days so that we can contact you for marketing purposes (e.g. emails about new courses, changes in course fee etc.), and you can contact us to withdraw your consent anytime (See our Privacy Policy 6).

6. How can our website visitors and service users withdraw their consent about processing and storing their data?
6.1 If you do not want us to process and/or store your personal data/ information anymore, please contact us by using our online contact form. We will then contact our website provider (i.e. Wix) to request for deletion of your personal data/ information in a timely manner.

We may contact our website visitors/ service users to respond to their queries, comments, feedback and suggestions, process of course fee payment, communication of changes of any aspects of our courses including our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Terms and Condition, and Terms of Use: for Parental Learners/ for Healthcare Professionals etc. In addition, we may contact our service users to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, or as otherwise necessary to contact them to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with them.
With their consent, we may contact our users/ visitors for marketing purposes (e.g. emails about new courses, changes in course fee etc.). Our users/ website visitors will need to opt in their consent for marketing purposes if they would like to get updates information about our courses.

10.1 We reserve the rights to update and/or amend our Privacy Policy at any time. If we do so, we will provide such updates on our website - so please review it frequently. 12.1 We will investigate every complaint from you (as our customers/ service users) and actively work with you to find a solution and resolve the matter together as soon as possible. If we miss you on the phone, we will send you a message by email or to your phone so that you can contact us back at your earliest convenient time. If a translated (non-English) version of these Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (and Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use: for Parental Learners/ for Healthcare Professionals) conflicts in any way with their English version, the provisions of the English version shall prevail.
