This course will introduce and discuss the developmental milestones of healthy infants (3-6 months).
Service Description
This course will help you to increase your knowledge about the developmental progress of well and healthy infants (3-6 months), and to appreciate the range of normal development. Topics include: 1. Normal development and important developmental milestones of healthy infants in four main areas: a. Posture and large movement (i.e. Gross motor); b. Vision and fine movement (i.e. Fine motor); c. Hearing and speech; d. Social behaviour and play. 2. Some common factors which can affect developmental milestones. 3. Some important red flags. 4. Further discussion and questions. This course will be conducted in English. Course duration: 1 hour 50 mins. Please note: Enrolment for this course is limited to 10 pairs of parents. Both parents are cordially invited to attend these courses. Please book and pay as one participant at check out if one or both parents are attending the course.
